Design only
For clients with their own contractor or joiner already appointed. You get the full design, technical drawings, specifications and material schedule, along with my guidance on the decisions that matter. Your team builds it. I make sure they are building the right thing. Drawings and specifications are released once the design fee has been paid in full.
